These guys are great. This new Brake Specialists Plus shop was the first positive car repair experience I've had since landing in Austin 5 years ago. They took in my poor, decrepit minivan and gave me a reasonable quote. They did not try to up-sell or tell me that all my car parts were bad and that it needed this and that. They fixed the brakes as promised, and THE BRAKES WORK GREAT! I know it seems trivial, but I was very impressed that I didn't have to return to the shop to have them re-fix what I asked them to fix in the first place. They are my new go-to car place.
