These guys take care of my company car and my personal vehicles. They do great work, and I can trust that they will not miss a beat. The only issue I had this last time around was the cost for rear brakes on my Jeep. I asked how much the cost will be for my rear brakes and was told 220-280. I asked if that was the whole price, and that means with labor and tax. But the bill was 411.89. I ask to know the price so that I can budget for the repair/replacement. Otherwise they do great work.

They stated they couldn't do the alignment as the wrong part was on the front end. This was false and we took it to Sun Auto where the front-end alignment was done with no problem at all. Was shocked as I have always had no.proble. with AAS.

Jennifer, the tie rod end that your son had installed did not have the required reverse threads as compared to the other. this caused the sleeve to move right to left without actually making any adjustment to the toe angle. This means the threads had to become stripped on one side which would be a safety issue. We took your son out into the shop and showed him the issue and explained what he needed to do to fix it. Please call our shop if you need more information. We only want you to have a safe vehicle.
