Being new to the area, finding a reputable and trustworthy auto repair shop has been a challenge! After evaluating a few, large, well established repair shops in Leander/Cedar Park/Round Rock/Austin, JT of Austin’s Automotive Specialists in Leander won my business. He and his ASE Certified Technician were well versed in understanding known issues with my 2014 GMC Sierra 5.3. They did a great job of explaining to me in “layman terms” what needed to be done. Ultimately they saved me time and money by quickly and accurately identifying the issue with getting it repaired at a fair price. The detail of services quoted and performed was excellent within their proposed estimate (I knew exactly what I was paying for). They didn’t bilk me for “other mechanical issues” to drive up the cost of the repair and they were lighting fast with getting my truck back on the road! They also backed their work with a 2-Year/24,000 Mile Warranty! Unexpected auto repairs are never fun to deal with and can be a bit nerve racking when you don’t have a trusted mechanic on your team. I’m glad to add Austin Automotive Specialist as my “Go To” Pit Crew with my 3 Car Fleet!
