I am sorry we upset you by refusing to do a transmission flush on your vehicle. When we saw metal and clutch material in your fluid we could have made things worse. That is why we recommended a transmission specialists. We would rather get a one star for doing the right thing, than one for causing a complete transmission failure.

State inspection After an hour and a half I left in tears both services were done and paid for my vehicle passed after 15 minutes I looked in the bay and my car was up on the rack! Then I was told the oil gasket was leaking oil and the drip pan was full and presented me with a $479 estimate to fix it prior to arrival my car was not leaking no alert info last time I had a oil change here they had to tow my car back oil lead out cap was not replaced correctly!! I have been a customer since 2016 the manager is very nice assistant??

Priscilla. We are sorry you got so upset with the leak information. We found an oil leak that was puddling in the lower engine cover. A leak like that only shows up if you park on a hill of if a shop like ours informs you of the issue.

I had some concerns with the way my car was running so they checked it out, gave me their best assessment for it and didn’t even charge me for it since they didn’t end up doing any work on it. Appreciated the help and customer service.
