Had to get my car towed after a little fender bender and my car wouldn't start, but it turned out to be a quick fix. Guy named Andy helped me out, real friendly, after telling him what happened he looked a couple things up asked a few questions and turns out it was just the fuel shut off. Took less than 10 minutes and was free of charge

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Setting my appointment online was a breeze, and their staff was very kind and professional. They communicated with me throughout the day and repaired my car in a timely manner. They have definitely earned my trust and future business!

UNBELIEVABLE customer service! My vehicle happened to break down in front of their shop. I only walked inside to politely let them know that I had already made arrangements to have my vehicle moved from their parking lot(I live 80mi away). Anyway, I just happen to explain my situation to the manager/Russell and immediately he got on the internet and phone. He found out that there is an engine RECALL for my vehicle! Whaaat?! Seriously?! Then he arranged a FREE tow to the dealership!! Unreal! It gets better, he then also arranged for rental while my vehicle is being repaired. He did all of this for some random guy that walked in with a problem. I can’t imagine how well he treats actual paying customers! Russell, you did a really nice thing me and I won’t forget it.
