Clay is a terrible manager and will not take responsibility for his shop's mistakes. He got very aggressive when I pointed out the inner handle they broke. Started asking "oh did we break this and this too??" as if it was an excuse for breaking things. Not fit to manage, overcharged and underperformed. Edit: To the response, you sound like Clay as he kept blaming me for the car that was returned to me with a handle torn out. No one else has ever managed to tear out my handle, and I don't even know how you could do it. Clay handled the situation worse than his shop's mistake though. He easily could have apologized and said there was nothing he could do about it, but instead he got aggressive and looked like he wanted to fight over this.
I strongly disagree. Clay is a great Manager and has hundreds of 5 star reviews. We have been in business for 42 years and always make thing right if we are at fault in any way. We replaced 1 strut and a tie rod end due to you wrecking your car. Our repairs had nothing to do with the multiple other issues you are experiencing.
