Russell and Scott were very helpful, they were quick with the inspections. I am a woman with disability and they treated me with respect. They are truly gentlemen to care for their customers. I love their services.

Had 3 concerns, check eng light, ac compressor, suspension noise. They decided to not diag the check eng light so I still gotta go somewhere else to get that done because they had another truck they were working on said I had to come back a different day. The ac compressor issue they just told me no obvious signs of leaks, I’d have to come back if they were to put dye in, forget that quote. Suspension they said I needed they could do front end for $1700 were vague on parts used wouldn’t say much about them, they refused to use Honda. Told me I need brakes tho that wasn’t my stated concern. All in they gave me an estimate of about $3500 and my biggest problem the check eng they didn’t even address. I actually called round rock Honda and with overnight honda brand suspension and labor $1300, so $400 cheaper with Honda parts. They spent 30 mins on my car for about $69 and I guess all I got was learning this ain’t a place I wanna do business with

They "replaced" my inner tie rods 1/2/2021 for $600 I picked my car up with a brand new nail in the side of the tire that they said "was there when I dropped it off" and here I am with the same bad tie rods 5/9/21 and no money. I can thank the manager of the shop for all the "great work" he did. I will be getting a lawyer involved. Don't let them steal your money STAY AWAY! Edit: I have added pictures inner tie rod ends in red rack and pinion leak in purple and rack and pinion in blue. And receipt with personal info blocked out After posting my review I received a call stating I don't know what I'm talking about they replaced the rack and pinion because of my style car, the receipt says inner tie rod ends and as you can clearly see in the pictures neither of those have been touched, and the rack and pinion is still leaking. they also told me they cut me a deal and I need to remove my review, on the receipt you can see they not only charged me full price but also tacked on other services I did not ask for witch is forgivable as that could be used to determine issue with vehicle. However they didn't fix anything they stated they did I also did not get an alignment at this store they charged me for that that was done when I went to replace tires after finding my car here with a nail in the tire. I should have documented that at the time but I was under the impression this is a professional shop with good reviews. I was wrong.

Took my Jeep here and got it back the next day, Great place definitely would go back here.
