This was my first experience with Austin's Automotive Specialists. Scheduling an appointment online was super easy. At the shop, all personnel were courteous and efficient. My vehicle was taken in for service at it's appointed time. I was in and out within an hour, even though the shop was very busy that day. I will use them again!

I wouldn’t trust my car with any one else. It’s repaired in a timely. manner and if additional work is needed I am called and advised what needs to be repaired. They are friendly and make you feel like you are important to them and make sure you are satisfied with their work.

These guys always do great work, honest, consistent, and expeditious. They are very personable and caring.

Austin's Automotive has been great to deal with every time we've used them. The staff at the Lakeway location, particularly Chris, have been attentive, honest, and informative with every issue we've had. They got us in and out in a timely manner. We will continue using them and recommend others to do the same.
