I've been going here for years. These guys are great! Very professional and super competent. One time I got a quote from Firestone over $89 to switch out a light bulb in the front of my car, as they were projecting 2h of body work to do it. I went over to Andy instead and, with one elegant arm movement, he did the work for under $20 including the bulb :-)

I’ll come back here again and again. The Research Blvd. location did such a great job replacing my engine’s intake fan assembly that I knew they’d be my choice for new brake pads and rotors. I found Melissa to be friendly, fair, and VERY knowledgeable. I never felt pushed to pay for a product/service I didn’t actually need… can’t say the same about dealership service centers. Bring your car here. They’re real people and they really know what they’re doing.
