They called my warranty people and kept me updated the whole time. They did not try to scam me into buying extra things. They were so professional, kind, and friendly!

Our vehicle needed a lot of work, new alternator, new belts , new fans, hoses and flushing of all fluids and an oil change. Austin automotive was prompt, explained everything in detail including labor and parts and delivered service in the quickest way possible without cutting any corners. I received the vehicle back within a day in a half and car is running smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
