Really great first experience with Austin’s Automotive Specialist and definitely plan to return in the future. Just a basic oil change and check engine light review this time, but the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, and even provided some tips to keep my Jeep running great. Scheduled my appointment online, received confirmation emails and text reminders, no surprises and was done fast.

Melissa is amazing and super knowledgeable. I hope I'm not misspelling her name, she deserves the highest praise and recognition. I would trust her to explain to me exactly what's going on with my car and I trust her to find a way to make it cost-effective without compromising quality. She saved me from having to replace my rear brakes because the "Star Key" fell out in my brake drum and was causing it to squeal... It was an easy fix compared to what I thought I was looking at. She also went ahead and told me what else I should expect to do for my car in the near future so I could make a financial plan. And today one of the pulleys in my car freaking BROKE and tore a belt and like could have caused a fire... and I knew exactly where I wanted it towed to to get the best help. It's just a terribly made part for my Nissan Sentra. This is the best mechanic shop I've ever been to. I was treated with respect and kindness the whole time. Update: still amazing and wonderful. Melissa and Matt both. This shop deserves all the Tiff's treats 💚 they're really incredible!!

They were extreamely nice, welcoming, and truthful. They didnt try to scam me and told me straight up what the problems were and what to do about them. I am very grateful. Its hard to find honest mechanics like them.

Andy went way out of his way to fix my brother, John’s car. In addition to doing great repairs as promised in a timely fashion, he helped my brother get home and picked him up because he’s aging. I can’t thank Andy enough. Great job and fantastic customer service.
