The Lakeway location of Austin's Automotive Specialists is our families go to place for everything related to our cars. Specifically it's Chris, the manager that really makes things happen. He is so customer service focused and wants to make sure the customer is happy. Just yesterday out of the blue, my windshield wiper broke and went crazy and I needed to drive into downtown last night. It was the first day after the long weekend and they were kind enough to help me right away so that I would not have to be out driving with a broken windshield wiper! I was going yo rain and it did! That's just a small thing obviously and , they do a lot of wonderful other more complex things for customers. Thank you again Chris and team. I truly appreciate you.

I was pleased with Austin Automotive Specialists given that with all of the trouble we went through to determine the root of the problem was due to the 1st new part installed was defective and replaced with another new part that was also defective. The cost of time and labor between two repair shops in figuring out the issue was absorbed by Austin Automotive Specialists. My thanks to them for standing behind the products they use to repair vehicles. I will use them again in a heartbeat!
