Customer service =10 Knowledge =10 I had what looked to be a minor fix. It turned out to be very expensive for the parts. This team went above and beyond to make my experience better! They have a new customer forever. I was more than pleased with them!

Everyone here was amazing! As a female, I feel like you're always an easy target for mechanic shops to take advantage. Melissa was so sweet and explained exactly what needed to be done and why. They gave me a ride home after having my truck towed to the shop and it honestly could not have been a better experience! I'll never go anywhere else for any car related work.

After 34 yrs of EXCELLENT brake service to the multiple cars I've owned, I still highly recommend Austin Automotive (AA)!!! I called Eddie on Tues morning and he said to take my SUV in for brake check and if car needed brakes they would have time to replace brakes that same day WOW! Turns out after the brake check, Eddie informed me that the brakes were still good as is. AA staff's HONESTY, professionalism, friendliness, Outstanding repairs and warranty, Excellent customer service for 34 yrs keeps me coming back!!!
