Incredible customer service. I was in and out so quickly. And when at first they thought they couldn’t repair my broken tail light, they recommended an auto shop that they prefer. In the end they were able to repair it easily and did it quickly and inexpensively. Highly recommend.

We used to go to Tuffy's but anytime we went, our vehicle problems were never solved. They would always reoccur. We heard about Austin Automotive Specialist and let me tell you, the issues we were having with our vehicles were immediately fixed. And they did not reoccur! They are honest, fast, and reliable!

I went for a simple oil change, and at the end they explained and printed a sheet of potential issues. While i am skeptical when this happens, i appreciate that there was no pressure to get something or other replaced or fixed on top of what i came for.

It was a tough job. I needed brakes, but my truck is over 20 years old and they don't make OEM parts for it anymore. So they were forced to use aftermarket parts, and it turned out these had some problems. After a couple of days driving and me trying to figure out "why does it feel weird", I went back and asked them to check it out. Long story short, they made it all work, didnt charge me for anything but the original job, and that even came in under their quote.
