Had a great experience here, the staff were very helpful and asked a lot of questions to make sure they would offer the right solution to the problem I was having. Will be back when I need more work done, highly recommend!

Great place. Mechanic took me out to the car and showed me what repairs were needed. He explained everything so I understood what he was saying.

Came in as a walk-in and needed a wheel balance before traveling for the holidays. They were very friendly and helpful, and as quick as they said it would be. They also did not try to sell me on a bunch of maintenance that every car practically needs, which I definitely appreciated. I recommend!

I bring all my vehicles here and they are always quick and very friendly. On several occasions they have saved me hundred of dollars over the dealership.

This is the place!!!! Jerome always keeps me informed of what is going on with my car and the best way to get it fixed. Bring your car in for scheduled maintenance and if you think something needs to be looked at.

I LOVE this place. Friendly as all get out. Honest (JT, who runs the place, said it was an easy fix but better to have it taken care of at my dealership since it was likely the car was still under warranty (it was). He could have milked me for $$, but he was professional, kind, and took time to explain matters. Will I be going back there? Uh, yeahhhh! My mind is blown!! I came to Austin Automotive Specialists today to get new brakes put on my truck. I waited about an hour for them to check out my truck to see what was needed so they could give me a price to repair. I was incredibly surprised when Paul came out to tell me that my brakes are fine and they don't need replacement. He could have easily charged me for new brakes but instead showed extreme integrity by being honest with me. I will definitely need the brakes in the future and Austin Automotive Specialists in Hutto will be place I bring all of my vehicles from now on.
