The manager Jim is responsive to inquiries and seems honest with his replies.

My check transmission light recently came on. Most places were closed and I pulled into Lakeway Austin Automotive. The manager, Jim, was still there along with one of his mechanics. My Honda only takes special “Honda” fluid which had to be ordered. Jim could have easily said they couldn’t help me until Monday. Instead, he searched for some of the Honda fluid in his store room and found two quarts left over from a previous job. It was enough fluid to get me on my way. I asked “how much do I owe you?” Jim replied no charge-we had the fluid sitting on our shelf. I’ve always heard this place gave excellent customer service—my experience is proof!

Brought in my mustang for some body work even though they do not specialize in it and they couldn't have been more helpful for all of it and work that was done was superb.

Stopped in to get my oil changed. They pretty quick about it and not bad on price. Go see them!

These guys are professional and efficient. I usually get my vehicle inspected there. I can get in and out which is nice because I usually forget until the last minute. Can spot from highway but have to be careful as is on frontage road that goes one way so you want to make sure you do the Cabella's exit.

Services have been good these last couple years. I have no complaints. Inspections are usually pretty fast. Staff is friendly AND helpful.
