Very friendly. Worked with me and my vehicle. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to people. Also, Clay and Tony are awesome!

Thank You Cody!

Owning cars/trucks kind of sucks. I mean... things can be good for so long, and then when something goes wrong you have to be ready to sell a kidney! What the hell. Anyway, one of my cars had a strange issue, and I knew it was going to be $$$... I checked out Yelp, and this place got high marks. Went on their site, and sure enough, decent coupons! Made a same day appointment, headed in, and the staff at the front desk (only guys I dealt with) weren't particularly personable, but seemed to know their stuff, and told me which coupon would be the best for my repair (save me the most money). I also heard these guys taking good care of a few other customers (both men and women) and I'll be back no doubt.... but hopefully no time soon!! Drive less & Walk more. Leo out.

I'm sure most people will have good service done here but I can't leave a good review based on the situation they put me in. My radiator was bent in a light front end bump, but still worked just fine for over 10k miles. I finally thought it might be a good idea to have it replaced just for good measure. They replaced my radiator, hoses, and thermostat. A few weeks later and I'm stuck in San Marcos with a car that's overheating and has no coolant left. I've owned the car since 2005 and never had a single problem until now. This is why I always do my own work, I should have known.

Keven, we are so sorry for your breakdown. We became a NAPA AUTO CARE CENTER for this very reason. Parts do fail, something can get left loose, etc.. Being a NAPA CENTER we are part of a nation wide group and as such has a nation wide warranty. If anyone ever has an issue with any NAPA AUTO CARE CENTERS work they can go to any NAPA center for warranty service.

Lying, dishonest and crooks. I took my truck into Hutto location because it needed a temp sensor replaced. "I specifically asked for this service". They called me a day later and told me it was not the sensor; it was water pump and thermostat. They promised me that if I paid them $488.15 they would fix my truck. I show up the next day and my truck is still the same way as when I dropped it off. The work they performed and me paying them almost $500 'DID NOT' fix my problem. They said I needed a new motor. I took it to Ford Dealership and they fixed the sensor for less that $100. They "MIGHT' know about tires and brakes, maybe about changing oil. But their technicians are worthless at anything else. Take you car to Firestone or Christian Brothers in Hutto..STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!.

Sorry you were disappointed Romeo, your water pump was leaking and your truck overheated so the thermostat replacement was called for. As far as the motor goes we told you possible head gasket from overheating. glad it turned out otherwise.

I've been taking my autos here for some time now and I have had a great experience! I've been able to get almost everything fixed there - brakes, wheel bearings, front end, tune-up, fuel system, water pump, radiator, electrical, inspection...everything! Patrick, the manager, is fantastic - he works very hard to get me in and out as quick as possible. Their quality of work is very good and their rates are fair. Plus, if you go to their corporate Web site, there are usually seasonal coupons that you can use to save money. The things I like best is that these guys really know what they are doing, they don't fix anything that's not broken and they don't do the hard sell stuff the other guys do when they try to get you to buy filters you don't need or wipers that don't need replacing. The only thing they don't fix is tires but they recommended me to Discount Tire and I've had a great experience there as well, but that's another story.

These guys were quick. They got my brakes down on time and within budget, even told me I did not need to to get brakes for the front, which was nice.

Thank you Ross! We know our customers time is important so we try not to waste it. We also only recommend the necessary work.

In the past seven years I've learned that I can trust Patrick and I used Brake Specialists for many years before I met Patrick. Brake Specialists has kept my old cars running at a fair price and I'm grateful for their service.

Thank you for the 5 stars.

I have had this shop work on all 3 of my vehicles. At other mechanics, they always came up with a list of extra work that needed done. At this shop (manager Andy- I haven't visited any others) they only identified items that I knew needed fixed!! (I have done my own share of mechanic work, but don't have space or tools anymore). What a relief to find an honest shop!

if not not broken there's nothing to fix thanks for the review.

Looks like these guys are due for a review on yelp. I had a simple oil change and tire rotation performed. The manager Adam Bucek was prompt and friendly. They did a courtesy inspection and found some things I was already aware of. I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy other services. I like that. Total time was around 45 minutes, but they were busy. The price was right also. $28.89 out the door. (They were running a special) Good experience overall. I plan on using them again.

Comfy waiting room, helpful team, and I get the most wanted thing from mechanics here = honest work. The free brake check is an honest inspection; no unicorns in the muffler or expensive fuel cleaning to past the time. Andy is leading a team that is truly setting the example on how car maintenance should be handled. The only small complaint I had is that when changing an air filter, one should probably wipe down the inside of the housing with a clean rag. HOWEVER, no labor was charged for the air filter, so I think that was fair/straightforward.
