Very nice folks and made it all an easy decision to come back. Had an 11 am appointment and was heading out around 1 I believe. But the lot and their garage was pretty packed when I pulled in so I get it. I got both my oil and alignment done.

This is the only place we have had our automotive maintenance and repair work done for many years now. They keep our 2000 Jeep Wrangler and 2001Toyota Tacoma running like the day we drove them off the lot. It is very easy to make an online appointment and all of our work request have been completed the same day we drop off the vehicle. You will not find more knowledgeable and honest people than Andy and his staff.

I had a great experience! The prices were very reasonable and the service was great and timely. I will def continue to go here for all future oil changes, they were very trustworthy peeps!

I have been taking my Nissan Altima to Austin Automotive for several years and they have always been professional and provided excellent service at reasonable prices. They are thorough detecting what my car needs but never have pressured me to do to stuff that is not immediately necessary. They are honest, respectful and provide outstanding services at reasonable prices. I definitely recommend taking your car to them.

I have a 2007 Tundra with over 150K miles. It is still in great shape. It's very reliable overall. However, parts will wear out over time and will need replacing. I've been taking my truck to Austin's Automotive Specialistss for several years now. The manager, Andy, and his team always do a great job. I've had the starter replaced, all the shocks replaced, brake jobs, and a few other repairs over the years. They do quality work for a fair price. Much easier to get in and out compared to going to the dealer. Highly recommended.

They staff there is AMAZING not too mention KNOWLEDGEABLE! I highly recommend if you have any issues with your vehicle whatever it is to take it there. They get straight to the point and don't give you the runaround wich to me is very hard to find at an automotive place. Jerome was very helpful and respectful to all my wants and concerns. I would recommend this location to anyone who is close by. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED 👍🏻

They do a really great job. They remember me and are willing to go the extra mile to help me when ever I need it. The only place I take my car!!!
