Excellent service, I went in for an inspection and they were prompt about it. They even noticed my tires needed a little air and filled them up for me.

I've gone to Austin Automotive Specialists before and I can't say anything bad about them. This specific encounter was to replace wheel studs, one that was stripped and one that was broken off during an earlier wheel changing scenario. I called a few places on Friday to get quotes on the work and AAS quoted the lowest price. I was expecting to have to pay approximately $500 for the work done but AAS was able to perform the work in less time. They also applied a lubricant to all the wheels to prevent these types of issues in the future. My total came down to $315 which was significantly lower than the quoted price. They also rectified my bumper that was hanging precariously. I'm highly satisfied with the service I received. Andy and his team may not always have the lowest price but you can be assured that they provide great service!

Jerome worked out a great price to replace the rear rotors and pads on my SUV. Watched from the waiting room as the technician removed my brake caliper and let it swing and dangle by the brake line for sometime which is a huge NO. Other than that great price and service.

These guys are great. They did everything they could so that my extended warranty finally paid to get my AC fixed. Then they really managed the shop so my car was fixed much faster than I expected.
