I love Austin Auto. I've never felt cheated here, they always are very professional, and the prices are very reasonable. I do a lot of my own car work, so I get to closely inspect their work after each visit just by circumstance, and I'm always very happy with the quality and care they provide. My most recent alignment cost about 90$, which I think is fair for the work done and being in the austin area. This is my second alignment done at this location on my 3rd gen 4runner and it likely won't be my last.

Shop in Leander,, TX. 10-14-2020 Went in for wheel alignment because car was pulling left. They finished and driving home realized it was now pulling to the right. Called them and made an appointment for the next day. I went in and while I was waiting the young mechanic that worked on it the day before came in a bit flustered and very rudely said to me "Ma'am, you want to show me WHERE you want the steering wheel to be!??". Like where do most people want their steering wheel to be!?? Centered and driving straight.. The man behind the desk kept trying to tell me nothing was wrong with it, as if I enjoy doing these sort of things. The manager was not in but the man behind the counter tried to stick up for the mechanic also being condescending towards me. I will never return.

60k pm service more expensive than I thought but they did a thorough job and had it done earlier than expected.

'They were upfront about costs, repair that was not needed and very friendly despite the masks. Their service was very affordable. We would highly recommend.
