Quick service and work was performed to my satisfaction.

The staff members were very nice and helpful. I went in for an oil change, but they checked my tire pressure and made sure all lights/general things were working. They also provided me with a complimentary car wash coupon plus more. Would highly recommend this place!

High professional and quick services, meet schedule and follows all safety regulations

I have used this location (1607 Parmer Lane) for years for ALL of the vehicles in my family. (P/U trucks, motorcycle, classic car and Jeep.) The management staff has remained the same and has always made sure all employees are professional and courteous. I have researched some of the diagnostic results and costs when I got them and Austin Automotive Specialists have always been priced reasonably and most of the times less than others. All the various problems I have had fixed has never come back up showing that their work is excellent. It is hard to decide on which automotive businesses are trustworthy and do great work in these trying times and many of us rely on honest reviews to help us decide. With that being said, I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing their vehicle work on or diagnosed.
