I was told to bring the car at 7:30 am to make sure my car is serviced. I was the second person waiting on the line when the door opened at 7:30 am. I needed to fix oil leak and even I told them that it needs a new valve cover gasket. I was told they will inspect the car and call me to let me know their findings and an estimate. I did not get a call. At 12:30 pm I called them , I was told they will call me shortly. I did not get a call, so at 3:30 I went to check the status. They did not even inspect the car by that time. I needed the car in the evening, so i took it back. It was obvious that they will not be able to service the car on that day. I was told to make an appointment on another day. I said, why to drop the card at 7:30 am and take it back in the evening, without any service done? What is the guarantee that the same thing will not happen to me again?
I am sorry Salim. Covid hit us hard and we were doing our best to service our customers requests. We realize we had more customers booked than it was possible to service.
