Paul took my van in on a warrantee job, replacing a grease seal on the right rear. The team did a good job, cleaned all the brake parts, installed a good seal. The mechanic wasn’t familiar with the stainless wheel covers and didn’t ask. As a result I could have lost one. He didn’t align the wheel cover with the valve stems and put it on the wrong lugs, so the nuts couldn’t tighten properly and one of them fell off, fortunately in a parking lot. I realigned the dish and applied the nuts using the wrench provided. No harm done but a near miss. Next time it wouldn’t hurt to ask me how to operate the stainless wheel covers.

Friendly and knowledgeable about my car when it comes to an inspection sticker or when My car needs other things like a battery. And during this time of Covid 19 I get calls occasionally to see if I need my car serviced.

My service engine light came on and I was due for a tune up so I came back here after using Austin Automotive twice before - I appreciate how fast they work, how well they communicate, and that I don't feel taken advantage of when I bring my car in. I learned new things and I feel more confident about taking care of my car in the future. Thank y'all so much!

After reading the great reviews I had high hopes for this shop. They are certainly charging top dollar for their services but decided to give them a try as they seemed to do quality work. I brought my truck in for Full synthetic oil change, Transmission exchange, and rear differential fluid exchange. When going to pay I asked for the discount special that was listed on their website and they refused to honor it saying that it was only for Transmission fluid flush and not exchange (Discount clearly states fluid exchange as seen in picture from website). They also refused to honor the promotional discount for the differential fluid. Why bother posting promotional offers if you just refuse to honor them when at the shop. This shows to me they cannot be trusted and if they won't honor their own promotions what else are they doing in the shop that you can't see? Even though service was overpriced I still would have given them a decent review if they had as least simply honored their own promotion.

I’ve been going to this location for 14 years. Car inspections oil changes different things of that matter. We only had One bad experience and that guy was let go. They made it right. The manager is amazing. Great service. Highly recommended

They were doing a repair on my lugnuts..beforebi picked it up they had topped off my fluids and did a quick inspection. Car was perfectly taken care of. Very professional and kind people. Would recommend!
