Went for alignment and to have front suspension looked at. Not only did they do the alignment, but gave me a detailed description of what else needs to be done to fix the problems with the suspension.

The staff at the 8405 Research location are amazing. They give me a honest assessment of what my vehicles need, they give me a ride back to my office and the work is completed same day. I have 3 cars and a truck and they can work on all of them. Even my Vette! Did a complete engine swap on my 2008 Camry. I have worked with Forest and his Team for over 15yrs. I recommend them to my friends and co-workers. Wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you!

I tried to reach out to Danny via email and phone. I was hung up on today when I called him and just wanted to know what we could have done better. We provided Danny with a state inspection which his vehicle passed with no issues and he didn't have to wait long for. We also let him know his maintenance light was on and that his engine air filter was dirty. He mentioned that he would take care of those items himself. He paid $18.50 for his inspection and left. We strive to make everyone feel welcome and we want our customers to be happy with our service. Danny may have not liked that our marketing company reached out for his review and I can understand that may have been frustrating. I wish Danny nothing but the best in his future endeavours.
