This location tried to charge me over $200 in parts and labor that they did not use for my repair. If I had not said something about it they would have just let me pay $900 for a supposed $700 repair.

This is very unusual. I am sorry for any error on our part. Some parts were returned and not deleted from the work order. That is why we went over it in detail with you prior to checkout to make sure the bill was correct.
