I had an appointment but came in an hour earlier because of my work schedule and it was done well before my appointment time was even started. I have taken my car here several times for different services, mostly inspection and oil change, and they have always been very professional and courteous. I always feel like they are trustworthy and don't try to up-sell you into things you don't need. I will continue to use them!
