I made 10 calls to shops. All of them told me they did not have time to talk to me about my car problem. I called austin automotive specialist. Talked to russ about my problem. He was Honest and direct to the point. Told me to come see them to see if he could help. Talked to a tech they gave me a price an a time on it would take to fix. Their customer service is beyond belief. They went above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road. I don't recommend you see anybody else from now on.

The guys there answered all my questions on the phone, made an appointment on my next available day off, and told me what to watch for until I came in. They found the problem, updated me at every stage, had it approved and fixed super fast. I will continue to take my car there for any future issues I have.

We were unable to renew our registration for our truck a couple of days after we got it inspected at this location. I called and spoke with Russell who said he knew what the problem probably was, confirmed a few details and said he would make a call and I would hear back from him in 10-15 minutes. I did hear from him 10 minutes later and he said the problem was solved, there was an error with our license plate or VIN number but he got it straightened out. Sure enough, we were able to renew the registration just a few minutes later! Thanks for your help, Russell! We will definitely be back!
