Great place and fast! Dropped off my car by noon and had it done by 3pm even though they were quite busy when I dropped off my car. Will visit again in the future when my car needs it!

JT and the crew always take care of my 2014 Chevy Silverado. . I have had my truck in their for several repairs ranging from steering and suspension/ air conditioning/ brake and brake control electronics, electronics, alternators, starters. and each time I have been very happy with their service. I highly recommend them and honestly wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.

My vehicle’s A/C went out during triple digit weather and I was very concerned with how expensive it would be to repair. I found AAS on a whim and dropped my car off with the very friendly, informative staff. I wish I could recall the young man’s name that was working front desk, but he was very kind and helpful. Maybe less than an hour later I had a clear diagnosis for the A/C (luckily a very minor issue) that they could fix that day. Overall, I can’t recommended this place enough. Very friendly, takes the time to educate the customer on what’s happening, and kept me informed every step of the way. I definitely found “my” mechanic shop in Austin’s Automotive Specialists.

Update- I have brought my car to this location on 3 occassions. I moved here from IL 6/2019 & back home my family, full of mechanics, would service my car. I grew up around cars so while I'm pretty car savvy, you just don't know if someone will try to pull a fast one & charge you more. They are professional, reasonable & honestly I don't mind when my car has an issue because I get to bring it to them to fix. Even if only for a short time when I'm dropping off or picking up my car, it's like I get to spend time in an environment that reminds me of home.

Had to have my truck towed here after hours. Called at 7:30 the next morning and they had problem diagnosed within an hour. Initially they said it wouldn't be ready until the end of day but had it ready before lunch. Fast, friendly and got the job done right.
