i scheduled and appointment for 430pm. arrived at 429pm my car did not get brought into the shop until 500pm. and the oil change took 20 min. They did discount 10 dollars off for being so late.. would have been nice to know they only had one mechanic to work on three cars.

Andy, Justin and the rest of the staff are great people. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I usually have trouble trusting mechanics but these guys are a different breed of trustworthy humans. Highly recommend. As long as I'm in Austin, these are my guys
