The original diagnosis for the check engine light at a different shop involved significant engine repairs ($$$). A repeat of the diagnosis here found replacement of a bad sensor and a tune-up solved the issue at 1/4 the cost. Great service to the customer !!!

I was told it may take three hours to complete the work and I could wait in lobby. In the meantime, I could not use the bathroom due to covid!! I’m not sure how I could do this painful experience again, at least not until after covid. Nobody smiled either, making me wonder if they were deprived of bathroom use also. I had to return later to pickup the inspection report as they forgot to give it to me. Overall, not a pleasant experience!

Brought in my 2007 Pontiac Solstice when the water pump gave out and they did a great job replacing it. It wasn't a cheap fix but they were up front about the work it needed, and gave an accurate estimate of both the time required and the cost of the repair. The engine is now back to running at the proper temp, and has been for a few weeks now. I'm happy with the service and would go back to them for any future services I can't do myself.

Had replaced valve cover gaskets recently but was still leaking oil. Returned vehicle and they found that an O-ring had failed to be replaced. Repaired free of course, but..... They found a broken engine mount while looking for leak. New replacement same day. overpriced part but fair labor. Will always use them for my repair needs.

Always have had great customer service, along with excellent repair services. I've been coming here for a few years and will continue to.

Every time I have ever tried calling this place, to shop around and/or ask questions for myself or a friend the mechanic was extremely rude. I don't understand how this place has good reviews at all!! Coming from the east Coast and having a family who works on cars, to be met with such patronizing staff is a appalling. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I felt that people should get a more well rounded view of the truth for this establishment. And as far as price goes, I have definitely found better.
