Jerome was awesome. I was visiting family and had a strange experience while driving. My son in law recommended I call Austin Automotive where they live. Jerome worked me in and completely checked out my vehicle. I left feeling confident that I would be safe to travel home!

It took almost 2 hours for oil change. Don't expect fast service here.

I made an early 8am appointment for a wheel alignment, but it wasn't completed until 5pm (not sure why). I also wanted them to take a look at another issue on the car, but that wasn't addressed at all - they simply forgot to look into it. However, they did discount the repair job which is appreciated. Friendly staff, but this particular visit was less than satisfactory.
