Great place to get automotive work done

I live in the neighborhood and am always on the lookout for a "honest mechanic". Had a leak in the radiator, that I couldn't change on my own. Alex is "da man" !! He cares and it showed. He gave me the true details and serviced the car as needed. AAA+++

I came in for my annual inspection and they were quick, easy and very reasonable. They are a well oiled machine (NPI) and I highly recommend! Thank you!

Russell and his team are phenomenal. They are not pushy, do not try to sell you things you don’t need, and as a woman, these are traits I appreciate. He makes sure to follow the guidelines for COVID and makes sure that the customers are aware before they come in. If there is a wait, he politely suggests that they drop off the vehicle and he will call when it is ready so they don’t have to sit around and wait. HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I can always trust Austin Automotive Specialists to give me an honest upfront assessment of my car’s needs without up-selling services and they’re quick to offer a more economical suggestion when they can. Honestly, it’s the only place in town I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle.

Customer service was good; however, I had to go to another service station on my way out of town because that tire that was repaired at Auntin's Automotive Specialists was wobbling and needed to be balanced. I was not told this before I left AAS.
