I was extremely happy with the service that I received at Austin’s Automotive Specialists. I went there to get my brake pads and rotors replaced and they were very honest with me and even negotiated on the price. I went to another place the day before and they weren’t very honest and told me that I would need my rear brake pads changed which I found out from Austin’s that I didn’t need changed right away. I am glad I went with my guy and got a second opinion from Austin’s Automotive Specialists. I would definitely see them again for any car services that I need.

Thank you Monica. Second opinions are always a good idea but a second set of eyes are even better.

I brought my car to the AAS on April 5, 2021, my car was leaking oil, they told me that a part (the valve cover gasket) of the car did not work and they had to change it so that my car would stop leaking oil. They did an oil change, cleaned the engine and changed that part. I pay 400 dollars. The next day I picked up my car and my surprise was that when I got to my house (my house is 3 minutes from the workshop) the engine was dirty with oil again and even smoke came out of the engine ... We informed the AAS and to On Wednesday April 7, 2021 they brought my car back to the workshop, washed the engine and said that now it was the thermostat that was failing, when I took the car back to my house the engine was again stained with oil ... I am very disappointed since they could not solve the problem for which I brought my car to the AAS and I did not get a refund since my car is still the same as when I entered it for the first time on April 5 ... I have tried to contact the staff who attended to me from the first time I entered my car but I did not get an answer ... I would like to have a prompt answer or someone could solve the shameful situation that happens in that workshop. I have text messages and photographs as proof of the opinion that I am sharing...

I am sorry you were unhappy with your service. Our men only cleaned the engine enough to find the leak. They should have done a better job with the cleaning and the communication.

I had a lot of things that needed to be fixed. They were able to give me a fair estimate of what needed to be done and got it done. They were good at answering my questions and being friendly during the entire process. I can see why they were recommend to me.

Thank you Ambra! We will be here when you need us.
