Vehicle was towed to them at night and they called me first thing in the morning to see what needed to be done. Ended up my serpentine belt and tension pulley were broken. Even though they said it probably couldn’t be ready until next day they were able to get it done on the same day. I was so happy since I use this vehicle for work. Service was great!

I can understand your upset to find out your motor is shot. But giving the shop that diagnosed the issue a 1 star is quite unfair. It's kind of like shooting the postman for putting a bill in your mailbox.
