Oh man I took a chance here- I went to the one in Leander by a friends recommendation and it was amazing- but I was going to be in Hutto and Needed an oil change. This store has earned its stars, they were polite and personable, I had a lot of fun talking with the man at the counter- I wish I had written down his name but he’s been there for 30 years so you’ll see him next time ;) He made what was originally a nervous process for a 20 something girl feel easy and frictionless. The mechanics were quick and thorough and actually reset the electric counter In my jeep for me (something Walmart mechanics didn’t know how to do) It was $74 for a complete synthetic change which is typical for me, and they even went over my upcoming repairs needed at the end without any pressure to decide right now. Just 10/10 I’ll be back!

I was disappointed to hear that JT is no longer at the Leander location. JT provided excellent customer service. The new manager seemed very overwhelmed and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I asked questions but he kinda just blew me off. When it comes to automobile care, I want someone who will answer my questions and not appear annoyed that I'm there.

Andy and his crew went beyond. Normal service to find the compressor for my vehicle. I highly recommend their work and their prices.
