My yearly emissions test was due. I was out of there in about 30 minutes. Great service .I had a Check Engine Light problem several mo.ago that no one could correct .Austin Automotive fixed the problem the first visit .I will deal with them with confidence. They treat you right.

After the horrible experience of trying to get my alignment done at another place, this was great dealing with a local shop who were very courteous, professional and weren't out to rip you off

They guys at Austin's Automotive Specialists were phenomenal in helping make a bad situation better. My car was taken in for electrical work, but the tow company damaged my differential in the process. They did a great job explaining to me exactly what the damage was and how it could have happened, which resulted in a settlement from the tow company. They were great at communicating where my vehicle was in the repair process, and now it drives like a dream. Two thumbs way, way up. I'll recommend them to anyone!

I had an appointment & they took my car in upon my arrival. They checked everything & advised me of low fluid levels. The service was great i like the online notification system they used. I will be using Austin Automotive for both my cars going forward.

I called them Friday because I was in the area and made an appointment. They took my name and number. I asked for an address and wrote it down. They seemed good. I live over an hour away and drove this morning just to be told I wasn't in the system. I hate being lied to. Not to mention the time and gas I wasted. Yall should be ashamed and don't deserve my money anyways. Horrible service and what's worse is the guy turned away someone else before me. I saw it happen. 😤😡😤
