This is the second time I have used Austin Automotive Specialists. I appreciate their professional demeanor and honestly. Andy at the front desk was courteous and upfront about the issues. I also felt the price was fair. I previously had my brakes done with AAS and that experience was solid too.

Super helpful, up front and honest. Great service. Figured out my a/c problems and got them fixed. Explained things about my car that I didn’t know and made sure everything was working and performing properly. This is definitely my go to for automotive service and repairs. This is the 3rd time I have had my Silverado 2500 Truck Serviced. I went in because the electrical signal from the truck to the hitch for towing my RV was dead. Within a little over an hour, the specialist diagnose that the factory has neglected to complete the wiring on the truck. He completed the job and now the battery on my RV is charging. I am a very happy customer.

The receptionist guy was super friendly and helpful. He even let me know that there were 2 recalls on my vehicle (did research he didn’t need to do). He went above and beyond. I will definitely return for any future maintenance and would highly recommend this place to others!
