Took my car in for an oil change and free tire rotation when we discovered the key to unlock the wheels was missing. I obtained a key from the dealer and brought the car back for the tire rotation a few days later. Even though it was technically a separate service, Russell was kind enough to still do it gratis. Also, they were very reasonable on the oil change price. Very courteous and professional service will keep me as a regular!
