The receptionist guy was super friendly and helpful. He even let me know that there were 2 recalls on my vehicle (did research he didn’t need to do). He went above and beyond. I will definitely return for any future maintenance and would highly recommend this place to others!

Very nice and good work

I had a loud knocking noise come up a day before I was to go out of town. The manager was able to get me in first thing in the morning, fix the blower motor and send me on my way all before I planned on heading out. He was very professional, it was affordable and he made sure I was safe for my trip. These experiences are exactly why I continue to bring my truck to Austin Automotive!

Took my car in for an inspection on the way home(Parmer). They quickly/thoroughly went over the car to ensure it will be safe for the next year on the road. Even noticed I had a wheel lug missing and replaced it for me. I will be back for life
