Arrived at 7:45am after 2 hours asked about my vehicle person at counter forgot to turn in my work order. He apologized and got my vehicle in after that. Also put in a dlr bulb at no charge for inconvenience.

Melissa is amazing and super knowledgeable. I hope I'm not misspelling her name, she deserves the highest praise and recognition. I would trust her to explain to me exactly what's going on with my car and I trust her to find a way to make it cost-effective without compromising quality. She saved me from having to replace my rear brakes because the "Star Key" fell out in my brake drum and was causing it to squeal... It was an easy fix compared to what I thought I was looking at. She also went ahead and told me what else I should expect to do for my car in the near future so I could make a financial plan. And today one of the pulleys in my car freaking BROKE and tore a belt and like could have caused a fire... and I knew exactly where I wanted it towed to to get the best help. It's just a terribly made part for my Nissan Sentra. This is the best mechanic shop I've ever been to. I was treated with respect and kindness the whole time.

Their staff took the time to give me a free consult about a service another garage had recommended, but which Austin’s Automotive Specialists confirmed wasn’t needed at the time. I appreciated their honesty and made sure to come back when I eventually did need service.
