This group deserves my first review. The transmission on my daughter's hand-down Lexus went out. Dealership wanted more than the car was worth to replace. AAS replaced the transmission at a reasonable price an unbelievable job. I can't remember the car ever driving so well. You can't even hear or feel the transmission shift. Jerome runs an incredibly efficient shop and the mechanic who changed out the transmissions did a superb job. I feel terrible I don't know his name because he may be my "go to mechanic" from now on. I wish I could write more. Not just highly recommended, anyone within 20 miles of the shop is doing themselves a disservice by not trying this shop out.

I have used Austin Automotive for practically everything. It’s conveniently located and Chris is awesome. You can tell they truly enjoy doing their job, and care about customer satisfaction over at Austin Automotive. 100% would recommend.

Great service, very friendly and explained everything prior to any service completed. Went in for my passenger-side windshield wiper not working. Knew it wasn't the motor since the driver-side wiper still worked. Called me the next day and explained it was a wiper transmission failure and explained thoroughly what would have to be done to fix it. I have an older truck (2001) so of course the original parts aren't available anymore but they were able to find replacement parts and after doing some research, figure out why the the initial replacement parts didn't resolve the issue. Overall great experience!
