Very courteous and worked quickly. Had my car back the next day. Car running well with no problems. Was told that my battery anchor would be replaced as part of the service, but when I picked the vehicle up the service attendant said he didn't know anything about it because the gentleman I talked to the day before was not at work when I came to pick up my vehicle. Fortunately, I made it back to West Texas with no incident. I can probably purchase another anchor for my battery and put it in myself. Just a little disappointed bc I was expecting it to be done by Austin Austomotive.

We are sorry about the poor communication on our part, Mark.

My car wouldn’t start. They kept it overnight trying to recreate the issue. Determined it was my key fob. They were extremely respectful and helpful.

Thank you Judy. We want to be accurate with our diagnostics.

I highly recommend this business. They kept their word on my brake warranty, I was not charged for parts or labor when my brakes were worn down. Most car repairs shops will say you have warranty then charge NOT at Austin Automotive Specialist. The customer service was professional and prompt. I am extremely pleased 😀 and will return here whenever I need my vehicle serviced.

Thank you Ms. Toliver. A business is only as good as it's warranty.

I used to go here and get good service, with a decent price but now not so much. About 2 months ago I was quoted a price for new mid grade front rotors and break pads for $276, yesterday I went back to have it done but was told it could be as much as $600, so I left and got it done somewhere else for $210. I asked Automotive Specialist to tighten the bolt for the spare tire compartment under the vehicle and they charged me $73. I'm not ever going here again, I used to go here to get my car serviced here regularly but ever since they removed the gray haired bearded guy with a crew cut that used to work the front desk and replaced him it got too expensive. Now the bearded, dark haired younger main mechanic is running things at the front desk, it's too expensive for my taste.
