They are very friendly and respectful and professional. I had no problem with my car after it had been fix there.

Discovered a problem the Kia dealership did not say anything about and had a better attitude than the Kia dealership. Diagnosed and fixed my car without a problem. (AC compressor)

Great experience. Very knowledgeable. Scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning. They got me in and out in the time frame that they had estimated. Very pleased with the customer service.

Thank you Michael. We appreciate your business and your review.

My Chev Cruze oil cooler gaskets started leaking at 96,000. Austin Automotive diagnosed and repaired in a little over 24 hours after the Thanksgiving weekend. They gave us a full breakdown of pricing before they began working on it and when the repair was complete, I received a warranty. My car isn’t leaking oil anymore and I would definitely go back again.

Thank you Victoria!

I loved how fast it was. Its tough to know what the price will be before going, especially if trying to price shop for the best deal. While it wasn't the best deal, I did appreciate the customer service and I must have come at a good time because they got me in and out under 30 mins. The price for my full synthetic oil change including parts and labor with tax came out to $94.52. The oil was $47.30, enviro fee: $3, oil filter: $8.95, labor to change oil and filter: $28, supply charge: $2.20, subtotal: $89.45, tax: 5.07, total paid: $94.52.

Thank you Valdemar.

I was a first time customer today and found this shop careful and excellent to work with. Another shop had determined that 2 studs on one wheel of my Subaru Forester were damaged. Service advisor Robert Dinero and his team determined that all 5 on that wheel should be replaced and assessed all the other wheels. Robert did a great job of communicating with me on the problems uncovered and their recommendations, costs and the time to service the vehicle. I was impressed with their professionalism and friendly and helpful exchanges and gladly recommend this shop's services to anyone.

I have taken my car to Austin's automotive specialist a few times. First time was for an AC issue. Another shop said I needed a whole new system for $2500 (stay away from Christian Brothers). Automotive specialist fixed the froblem for around $350. I had them look at a 4wd issue. They told me everything looked fine. And it was. I see that they are an honest shop. I go back with an oil leak. They are unable to diagnose. So we do an oil pan gasket for $800. This doesn't fix my leak. I go back and have them change the rear main seal. They wanted to charge $140 for a part that I can get for $57. The exact same GM part they would have ordered. They were closer on price on all of the other parts. So I let them get the remaining parts. I drop my car off 7:30 am Monday before Thanksgiving. They don't start on my car till Tuesday afternoon. Putting me without a car till Friday evening. After I pay my bill I notice that one part has jumped up $40 compaired to the quote. Transmission fluid jumped $40. And there is an extra part for $20 that was not included on the quote. I was feeling after this many fumbles. They should give me a small break. I do feel bad for screaming at the front desk guys. And demanding $100 back. For that I apologize. I would not have been as mad if they would have told me Monday morning that they won't get to it that day. If they would have told me by supplying my own GM part they will void the warranty on the job. If they would have gone over the quote vs bill and explained why these things changed. After talking to the guy I no longer feel they were just sticking it to me over buying one of my own parts. Things happen after you start a job and mistakes happen. I feel there was failure from lack of communication. Even after all that. I still think they are honest and do good work. I would go back. But he told me not to. I still give 4 stars. They lose a star for lack of communication. Still probably one of the most honest shops in town. Wish I hadn't gotten myself banned hahaha.

Thank you Cody. We are human and are not always on top of our game. With all the changes that have gone on in the Automotive industry and the lack of parts availability, we should have done a better job of communicating. I will have the Manager call you
