I love Austin Automotive Specialists on William Cannon. Andy has always been very friendly and is always able to answer my questions. He's been there a long time and really knows his stuff. Recently I went in and Justin and the rest of the team up there also helped me out. They're honest and fair.

Being someone who has been in customer service for 20+ years, I must say that the staff and manager at Austin Automotive Specialist has been truly exceptional. It is hard to find mechanics you can trust and have the consumers best interest in mind. I can honestly I have that in the location I go to frequently. There are multiple locations in my area, but the location I frequent is the one that has the best team by far. I equate it to this thought...I can get my vehicle repaired anywhere, but I choose to get it repaired where the staff and people care about the consumer experience and not about making money. Every chance I get, I recommend my location to everyone based on the level of customer service provided and how I've seen that same high level of customer service provided to other consumers. Shout out to Jerome and his team for displaying what all auto repair shops should model to be successful.

The people who work here are kind, friendly, competent and efficient. They are fair and always considerate of what I need -- i.e. a check of my mother's van's tire pressure while I am also dropping another family car off for maintenance. They do not hesitate to be helpful if they can be. Great place! Fantastic people!

They are the best when it comes to car repair and maintenance. It's great that they know European cars well and can work on any make and models. Jerome is a problem solver and he is professional. Him and his team are honest and know what they are doing. Jerome has identified and resolved many of my car issues and I never had those problems again. I trust them over many car dealerships who have ripped me off unnecessarily for repairs. This place is my go to when it comes to my car. I call them before I go in so I know that Jerome will make sure that everything my car needs is done. Five plus stars for their service and hard work.

Great place and amazing service! Everything was clean and comfortable while I waited. Jerome was very helpful and polite. Luis is knowledgeable and worked quickly & efficiently to change the oil on my Mercedes Benz. I won’t go anywhere else for my car maintenance!

They are really professional and honest mechanics. The front desk staff are awesome and make you feel right at home. My 19 month old threw up unexpectedly and the front desk cleaned it up for us. He really did not have to do that. I have no issues taking my car here and any time that I do, I get honest, reasonable prices. I work on my car when I'm not pregnant, but will probably continue to just take it here, as they are honest. The absolute best service i've seen in automotive shops. I've been using AAS for over 17yrs back when they were Brake Specialist...I won't go anywhere else and highly recommend. If you want excellent friendly service...this is the place hands down!

I have taken my cars here several times, my last visit was brakes and I needed the CVT passenger drive replaced (drive shift from transmission) as the grease and boot was all dry and exposed. The issue was they did not replace the CVT seal and it leaked badly after the repair. I called and they got me in that day quickly. 2 hours later, I was handed my keys at no charge and an apology. They completely removed the drive shaft, replaced the seal and had me back in business in two hours. So they took ownership of the mistake and stood behind their repair work and did the right thing. I think that is worth mentioning as they stand behind their repair work. I have before taken my cars only to be handed back my keys as it doesn't need repaired or they added a little brake fluid (no charge). One time Discount Tire didn't give me back the locking lug nut key , they stripped them off and put on 4 lug nuts - no charge. They only repair what is needing to be repaired. I think their pricing is competitive, I don't think they are the cheapest, but what does matter is that they will service you (after the repair) and stand behind their work. Called about my alignment with a referral from Discount Tires. I was able to get an appointment for service the very next day at 8am. Dropped off vehicle and went to breakfast. Work was completed right as I was finishing my meal. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a slight price difference between their fee and the amount on the card provided by discount tires but they honored the lower discount tire price. I would definitely recommend the Cedar Park location.
