I have interacted with Andy and his coworkers a couple of times just by living next door as the self storage manager. I can tell you as a person who lives there 24/7. They don't pull teeth out unnecessary and wait for proof that a part is failing before fixing it. Even Drive you home and pick you up if needed. Great Guys great service under a great Manager.

I have used this branch of Austin's automotive specialist for over 10 years and keep coming back again and again. I compare prices and quality of other repair shops, but find Austin's automotive specialists the one I keep using. The bottom line is I can trust them.

I needed several maintenance items taken care of including a timing belt, water pump, plugs, and a few leaking items to keep my high mileage minivan reliable for maybe another 14.5 years. Jerome and staff took care of it all in a timely manner. I appreciate the good work they do, not cheap, but I trust their work. Thanks guys.

Professionalism This location has been extremely helpful and friendly since I have started coming, they have informed me of issues with my vehicle and had them marked on the receipt without the feeling of pressure to get it fixed then and there like some locations can do. They have even informed me of issues my vehicle has had that other locations completely glossed over and never said a word about.

These guys are the BEST!!! I took my husbands truck in to get an oil change and it turns out there were somethings that needed to be fixed. JT took me back to the truck and let me take pictures so I could send to my husband, he walked me through what was going on and he made sure I understood everything! They are so nice there and they really do great work! I recommend them to anyone looking for great service, honest, friendly technicians, and fair prices!
