I've gone to Austin Automotive Specialists before and I can't say anything bad about them. This specific encounter was to replace wheel studs, one that was stripped and one that was broken off during an earlier wheel changing scenario. I called a few places on Friday to get quotes on the work and AAS quoted the lowest price. I was expecting to have to pay approximately $500 for the work done but AAS was able to perform the work in less time. They also applied a lubricant to all the wheels to prevent these types of issues in the future. My total came down to $315 which was significantly lower than the quoted price. They also rectified my bumper that was hanging precariously. I'm highly satisfied with the service I received. Andy and his team may not always have the lowest price but you can be assured that they provide great service!

Justin and Adam took good care of my truck - had an electrical issue messing with the AC. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. I would recommend them to a friend.

Thought my car was past the warranty and the A/C just went out. They set me up with a quick appointment. After a day of trying to diagnose it they called me and said they couldn't find where the leak was BUT called the dealership for me and turns out it was still just under warranty. Honesty and communication seem to be in short supply these days so when they told me they could either hold onto it to fix and charge up to however many dollars or give it back and have me call the dealership to get it fixed for free I was extremely grateful. Go to this place people they will take care of you and won't jerk you around.

I was able to my truck serviced within 24 hrs. The dealership would only set up an appointment to evaluate the problem for week away. Always been happy with the way I have been treated at automotive specialists. I would highly recommend them.
