My suspicion of an alternator going out in my car was true, they ran the test & I was glad to hear that they were equipped to fix it as I waited. I came in without an appointment and was warned about the lengthy time I had to wait for the crew to get to my car. I was okay with just dropping it off, and when I came back later to pick it up, everything I had wanted to get done was completed for a reasonable price.
