Elite '2020 Elite '2020 I really appreciate this shop and the team. I have been coming here for years and have always been treated fairly and honestly. I will not say they are the cheapest in town. But their pricing goes with great quality as well as their ability to back up their work. If i have had to go back for repeated investigation on the same issue, they do not charge unnecessarily or treat me with disrespect. Even sometimes wave fees and they take ownership, though they may not have to. They are trustworthy and honest. I can not say that about a lot of shops I have visited in my lifetime. If you have the chance, go chat with Andy or Justin. They are usually at the desk ready to chat and help out. They will shoot you straight and stand by their work. Give them a shot. I believe they deserve it.

I needed to get an inspection for my truck and I had no idea where to go. I did a Google search for nearby places and Austin's Automotive Specialist in Buda popped up and had really good reviews. Russell the store manager provided me with excellent customer service and he was very polite. Being that we are in the middle of COVID-19, he was also very clean and careful. I recommend this shop and I will use it for future maintenance needs. The inspection tech Raekwon was also very quick and got me in and out.

Every time I'm there Jim is always so friendly and we have good conversations. They can always get me in right away and fix my car while I wait or have it ready the next day! This is the place you want to take your car for repair or upkeep and maintenance. You won't get better service anywhere else!
