Great customer service very friendly and quick they don't keep you waiting around all day

I have been taking my car here since we moved to the area about a year ago. I don't know a lot about cars, so I always get nervous when getting work done because I don't want to be taken advantage of. At Austin Automotive, they educate you if you don't understand something and I never feel like they are taking advantage of my lack of auto knowledge. They are always so nice!

I had my Jeep in there. I'll tell you what. Best service got my jeep done before closing. Best part was them being honest. Always had bad experiences at mechanic shops. Not this one hands down. Thanks Guys

Great place very fast and friendly.

Popped in to the Cedar Park location this morning with an issue I was having with my interior lights after not having luck with my car dealership. They were more than happy to pop out and see what the issue was- which they fixed in about 2 seconds. While I didn't end up needing any kind of service they have gained a new customer. Always appreciate great customer service and people wiling to help out!

I was a walk in, last minute oil change. The Team was fast, thorough and friendly. This is service you would never find in California!

Recently visited this place for oil change and tire rotation. Clay and Ryan were super friendly, answered all my questions without any rush to move on to the next. Clay explained the different types of oil they use and passed on his recommendations as well. Walk ins are welcome at this place. I waited for 20 minutes before my car is serviced. I guess it took ~30 mins for the oil change and tire rot. They have a good, neat waiting room. Overall, highly satisfied with the services received! These guys deserve a 5 Star.
