I tried to reach out to Danny via email and phone. I was hung up on today when I called him and just wanted to know what we could have done better. We provided Danny with a state inspection which his vehicle passed with no issues and he didn't have to wait long for. We also let him know his maintenance light was on and that his engine air filter was dirty. He mentioned that he would take care of those items himself. He paid $18.50 for his inspection and left. We strive to make everyone feel welcome and we want our customers to be happy with our service. Danny may have not liked that our marketing company reached out for his review and I can understand that may have been frustrating. I wish Danny nothing but the best in his future endeavours.
