Been quite a few times and it’s been mainly great minus my last visit. Clean. Short to no wait to talk to anyone. They usually finished my vehicle ahead of times they predicted which is great. Quality is great. One time they didn’t charge me for an inspection. After they got it on a lift they noticed my Catalytic converter was stolen and didn’t feel it was appropriate to charge me for that diagnostic. They referred me to a cheap affordable catalytic converter shop. It is slightly more expensive than other shops in the area. There’s nothing in close proximity to the shop that you could waste time at so your options are waiting in a dull waiting room or getting an Uber. They do have decent sized water bottles though, but uncomfortable chairs. The last time the individual helping me was talking way too much. It resulted in me not understanding what he was trying to communicate. He had to do several quotes and as such got frustrated and in front of other customers got curt with me, talked over me, and presented an attitude while dramatically ripping up the next to last quote. Other than this time the individual had been great all the other times and was predominately the person I worked with every time.
Thanks for the review Leo. Sorry you felt that our advisor was getting frustrated or spoke to you in any way that wasn't to our standards. As you know from your previous visits, that was definitely not the intent. Our goal is to always make sure the customer understands the work recommended, or required, to get your vehicle to where you want it. In this case, the headlight restoration process and time it would take to make that happen given there was some confusion in what that entailed. If we over communicated, or you felt we were curt, we apologize.
